This Shipping and Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. Our goal is to ensure your products arrive safely and in a timely manner.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during seasonal peaks), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery location.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or extreme weather.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Identogram LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages and Lost Packages

Unklamned is liable for products damaged or lost during shipping only until they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. * Damaged Items: If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us at support@unklamned.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please include photos of the damage.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we primarily ship to the United States and Canada. If you are outside these regions, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

In compliance with California consumer expectations, we provide clear tracking for every order. Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided, the risk of loss passes to the consumer. We recommend shipping to a secure location or utilizing carrier “hold for pickup” services if you are concerned about theft.
