Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is collected in full at the time of order. Prices are in USD.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are made to order. Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, we will issue a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the limited and custom nature of our drops, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Contact genji@unklamned.com within 7 days of delivery if you have a problem with your order.

Shipping

We ship to the United States only. Shipping rates are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
